Anatomy of the Homepage
- 1: Sign In If you have ever submitted a help ticket with us in the past, your email address should be in our system. In which case, you can enter that email and create a password. If you haven't, just choose your preferred validation method and set up a new account. Signing In will allow you to see your previously submitted tickets, and check their status, along with gaining access to hidden articles and resources that we have listed for dealers.
- 2: Articles Click on any of the visible article categories to see more details
- 3 Search You can also use the robust search feature to find any of the detailed help articles at any time without needing to click through the category trees
- 4 Check Ticket Status Clicking on this button will take you to all the ticket's you've ever submitted. In here you'll be able to see more detail on the ticket, what it's current status is, and provide immediate comments/feedback on any open ticket. *Note, you have to be logged in to see this history - See More
- 5 Warranty & Help Requests This is our general warranty and support request form. Click this button, then select the appropriate category from the drop down and submit your request. It's that easy.
